Questions doctors ask
Do I need to install anything?
No. RxMate runs in the browser on a laptop, tablet or phone, and prints to any printer.
Can my assistant use it?
Yes. Invite them by mobile number; they run the queue and bookings but never see or edit prescriptions.
Where does payment for bookings go?
Straight to your own bKash or SSLCommerz merchant account. RxMate never holds patients' money.
Who can see my patients' records?
Only your practice. Records are separated per practice in the database, and other doctors see a patient's history only with the patient's approval.
